01Our story
Some names never quite disappear.
The art of champagne
Emile Paris founded his champagne brand in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ in 1884. From 1891, Emile Paris & Co champagne was made by the house of Philipponat. Production stopped in 1940 and, after the war, the brand fell dormant.
In 2014, a new owner reawakened it: a name that evokes Paris all over the world, carried by carefully chosen grapes, precise blends and a long rest in the cellar.

03Craftsmanship
Our craft is expressed through restraint: intervening with accuracy, then letting the wine find its voice.
Observe, taste, choose the right ripeness — without rushing the season.
Compose with precision to preserve the energy and clarity of the wine.
Grant each cuvée the silence it needs to find its balance.

04The terroir
To craft Champagne Emile Paris, the vineyard lies mainly within the Grand Cru of the “Montagne de Reims”.
Plots chosen for their freshness and balance. We use only two noble grape varieties: the black, Pinot Noir, and the white, Chardonnay.
05Our style
Straight wines, without artifice, where every detail has its purpose.
A delicate effervescence and a balance sought in every blend.
Patient ageing, because nothing true is made in haste.
